I think this article jinxed us, or we’d be 12 in a row and still in contention.
. But what they showed these last 12 games/month….is what I’ve been waiting for all year. As did Baltimore last year, its time to finish strong and build that momentum for next year.
As of Thursday I will be rooting for the O’s, as no one in Rays Nation wants to see the Yanks do well, but I feel the need to support the next best team in the AL East. The O’s and Thome need to enjoy this.
Also, if the Rays can’t, here’s to me hoping Chipper can go out on top!
